Requirements

• Bachelor degree from any major, preferably from architecture and design interior
• Experience with projects is preferred as well as sales and marketing, FF&E coordination, and project monitoring.
• Fluent in English both verbal and written, possess a good skill on correspondences
• Excellent communication and people skill
• Energetic and engaging, flexible and adaptable
• Target oriented

Responsibilities

---

• Pursuing new projects of hospitality both commercial and residential projects in Indonesia, Asia, and around the globe
• Working closely with Marketing team on generating and executing sales and marketing plans and strategies to close new opportunities and existing customers
• Demonstrates the ability to successfully manage client and team relationships including overall work plan development and ensure to meet client satisfaction. 
• Reviews progress of sales and marketing achievement periodically and develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth
• Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results
• Pursuing new projects of hospitality both commercial and residential projects in Indonesia, Asia, and around the globe
