Job Description
- Ensure compliance to local and market-specific food safety standards
- Assist with the delivery of company competence regarding production of consistent and measurably higher quality products
- Ensure adherence to proper sanitary conditions at all times in all company production facilities
- Facilitate and coordinate efficient and effective quality standards within customer expectations for each product Review these quality standards as required
- Manage product QA database(Product Specification Ingredient/Allergen Specification Nutritional Specification and MSDS documentation) Make these files available to the appropriate departments online
- Work with HOD to implement necessary internal quality assurance systems and infrastructure to support company growth This includes but is not limited to GMPs Pest Control HACCP or ISO)
- Oversee the proper collection storage and maintenance of production lot shelf samples
- Ensure all production lots are appropriately tested for food safety prior to being available for sale to customers Maintain the documentation of product lot testing
- Work with Supply Chain to develop quality assurance training programs for farmers within the Big Tree Farms network
- Review customer feedback and respond to any complaints Complaint resolution must be approved through the use of a multi-department (Supply Chain/Production/Sales) team for Corrective Action Management and Reporting led by Quality Assurance These Corrective Action Reports must be kept on file and maintained for subsequent review
- Work closely with Supply Chain Warehouse Production and PPIC in the areas of quality program management inspection coordination and testing requirements

Job Requirement
- Bachelors Degree for Food Technology or Required
- Minimum 2 year experience in Food Production Manufacturing and Quality Control Prior experience in sweetener manufacturing is preferable
- Solid understanding of Quality Assurance principles and methods
- Experience working with GMPs HACCP and/or ISO systems preferable Experience to conduct Internal audit will be a plus point
- Self disciplined with a high level of motivation
- The ability to work effectively in situations that demand direct communication with individuals within the organization; the appropriate candidate must be strong-willed demanding and willing to confront difficult issues
- Strong organization collaboration and project management skills
- Excellent verbal written communication and interpersonal skills
- Indonesian and English language skills required
