- Develop recruitment strategy
- Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing
- Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interview, and offers
- Recruiting and training our fleet and other operational affairs in line with our expansion plans
- Manage and create strategies to improve company’s human resources, recruitment, training, legal and general affairs
Persyaratan
- Bachelor degree in Psychology, IT, Human Resources Management, Industrial Engineering, Law or equivalent
- Having minimum 1 year experience in handling recruitment / HR field in IT Industry or Startup
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels
- Good leadership and excellent problem solving skills
- Strong analytical thinking and planning skills
