• The candidate will get involve with some high profile clients while dealing with a variety of interesting matters relating to corporate advisory with an international focus to name a few
• Will work on closely with two well respected Partners across a wide range of corporate law matters including M&A, joint ventures and partnerships, commercial agreements, business structures and transactions and some exposure to IP

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Political Science, Law or equivalent
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 2 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Required Skills: Legal Document Skills, Communication, Analyzing Information, Integrity, Client Confidentiality
• Preferably specialized in Law/Legal Services or equivalent
