- calculating cost estimates,
- budgets and schedules;
- selecting appropriate construction methods for the job and budget;
- explaining contracts and technical information to client & employees;
- supervising construction personnel and activities onsite;
- developing work-arounds for delays and other problems;
- hiring and training workers and subcontractors, as well as making sure the project meets all building and safety codes
Persyaratan
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Civil) , Preferably Master Degree
- Willing to travel frequently to all project site all over Indonesia.
- Required skill(s): strong leadership&communication skill, good command in english, good understanding in civil construction & project management,
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 20 year(s) of working experience in the civil work is required for this position (infrastructure & Construction)
- Preferably at least 3 years of working experience as Manager
